ARE Tahiti is taking its signature outrigger clinics to Western Montana’s Flathead Lake,

where the Silver Lining Foundation will host the 6th Annual Paddle Palooza , July 11 to

13. Dedicated to empowering breast cancer survivors, the Foundation has a profound

appreciation for the healing power of water as well a deep gratitude to the local

indigenous tribes of the Flathead Nation, whose territory includes this beautiful lake.

ARE Tahiti is grateful to be part of this event, not only hosting the ARE Sprint Challenge

V1 and V6, Friday, July 11, but also providing four outrigger clinics, July 9 and July 10.

(See details.) These workshops are part of ARE Tahiti’s ongoing commitment to growing

the sport of outrigger paddling by hosting paddling clinics led by world-class paddlers.

Iloha Eychenne, Paddler, Teacher, and Therapist

Your instructor will be world-class paddler, Iloha Eychenne, currently IVF world sprint

champion, a title earned at the 2024 Hilo World Sprints. She also won the Te Aito Tahiti

three years running—2022, 2023, and 2024. When she’s not racing or training, Iloha is

sharing her passion for paddling with others, from Bora Bora to Montana. Iloha is also a

physical therapist who stresses optimal posture and technique to prevent injuries.
